As dance ages so does the technology that influences it. Music, video, photography, clothing, lighting. Advancement in photo and video technology allows advancements in teaching to better technique and safe movement practices. While Technology has leaps and bounds dance has held deep onto its traditions, especially ballet. So understanding the newest is resistant training and physical therapy equipment, as well as, understanding the development and older practices and technology is just as important to this art/sport.
